Bright future of baseball

The Major League Baseball survived several baffling periods of time. It experienced 2 situations which are claimed to be 2 world wars for baseball: the 1919 Black Sox scandal and the betting of Pete Rose on baseball. Today the MLB experiences steroid era. It is widely believed that it will have capability to survive this period as well. There was a case that had a significant influence on baseball as well. It was the case related to Barry Bonds.
Undoubtedly, Barry Bonds was not the only baseball player that used performance-enhancing drugs. Furthermore, he is not the last of them. Many baseball players have administrated forbidden preparations to promote performance. A lot of players of baseball have obtained praise and millions of dollars due to usage of banned preparations.
The sums of money which can be obtained justify the dangers connected with intake of steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs. The baseball players who take banned products don’t worry so scrupulously about their reputation, as they trouble about obtaining of money. Such individuals are responsible for the influence that is spread upon fans that try to be similar to them and upon future generation that will have hot discussions about the steroid era in baseball.
Nobody doubts that any baseball player who administrates steroids destroys his honor. It is made only because of money. Such person trades own honor only for getting money.
Nonetheless, it is believed that future of baseball is light. A lot of baseball players possess talents and proper skills; they train hardly and devote themselves completely to this sport. They are honest persons. They keep their image. Such persons love baseball truthfully. They don’t care only about money. Such baseball players are motivated by actual love to baseball.
Generally, the MLB is against steroids. But unluckily, there are individuals in every sport that take unfair advantage due to administration of steroids.
Our hope is bright: we believe that the day comes, when we’ll see sportspersons that compete not because of intake of steroids and other related medications but due to natural talents, skills and hard workouts.
