Unfair decision of the judge connected with the case of Rivers Ashley

So, the statement of this lady caused the situation, when the doctor was investigated.
Actually, Ashley Rivers was a supplier of steroids for short period of time. He sold these medicines to his friends. James Robinson, the defense attorney for Ashley Rivers, claimed that his client had recognized his guilty totally and taken the whole responsibility for his illegal operations. The attorney confirmed that Rivers was a moral individual. However he violated the steroid laws, he recognized the dangers and admitted to his guilty.
The attorney James Robinson asked the judge to sentence his client just to probation. Rivers cared about his physically impaired wife, 2 adopted children and 3 children of his disabled brother. He would continue to work for his family and other individuals.
But Christopher Brinson, the Assistant U. S. Attorney, rejected the request of James Robinson. He stated that this person committed a serious crime and he should serve time in prison. However the judge was inclined to agree with the request of the defense attorney James Robinson at the beginning, finally he decided to agree with the Assistant U.S. Attorney and sentenced Rivers to 5 months in prison.
