Chris Gass, Berza’s co-ownerer of Planet Nutrition, is one of his co-defendants. It is known that Berza and his co-defendants distributed approximate 7,000 ten milliliter vials of testosterone and Deca Durabolin in Lousiana and Texas. Planet Nutrition was served as their distribution centre on steroids.
Todd Clemons was Berza’s defense attorney. The defence attorney pointed that this young man was very effective businessman that just made some mistakes. As a matter of fact, Berza is a successful young man. He has got an engineering degree, department of sports nutrition and smoothie. Berza is as well successful in the own private life: Berza has a wife who is pregnant. It is very sad that illegal steroids distribution lead to many trobles. He must pay imments sums of money for his leadership in illegal selling of anabolic steroids. The illegal distributor has to spend 2 years in a prison.
